With HWE (hot water extraction - sometimes called steam cleaning) the average is 4-6 hours for carpets and a little longer for upholstery.

The VLM (very low moisture) cleaning process has reduced drying times with carpets often dry in around 1 hour or less and upholstery around 2-3 hours. The dry times can often be much shorter though depending on conditions.

We will move any small or mobile pieces as we clean. If you require any bookshelves or cabinets to be moved, you would need to make sure they are empty. Any electrical equipment would need to be moved by yourselves. Many clients opt to leave larger pieces in situ. Please, make us aware of your requirements during your enquiry.
